- Overview Keeper Security delivers cybersecurity solutions to customers on the global market. The Keeper Customer Referral Rewards Incentive Program (“Program”) is to reward Keeper Customers (“Current Customer”) for their efforts in promoting Keeper solutions to new customers (“New Customer”).
- Eligibility To be eligible for the Program, the Current Customer must be an active customer. To become a customer, visit https://www.keepersecurity.com/contact.html?t=b&r=sales.
- How the Program Works Eligible Current Customers can refer New Customers by email at referral@keepersecurity.com. For every referral that results in a demo, the Current Customer will receive a USD $150.00 Amazon Gift Card via email (“Incentive Payment”). Customers are limited to ten (10) Incentive Payment per person.
- Restrictions The Current Customer and New Customer cannot be the same entity or person. The New Customer cannot be a former customer or competitor of Keeper. The New Customer must employ more than 100 full-time employees, interns or contractors. Further, both the Current Customer and New Customer will be subject to Keeper’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate Keeper Security reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any Current Customer or New Customer at any time from participation in the Program (or to determine a Current Customer or New Customer is not eligible for a reward) if there is a good faith belief that the user has violated the terms and conditions of the Program.
- Geographic Availability The Program is limited to Current Customers and New Customers based in the United States, Canada and the European Union.
